Required skills:

– To have completed higher education, in Law;
– To know the Albanian legislation very well, especially the Civil Law of Civil Procedure, Commercial, Administrative, Labor Code, Public Procurement, etc.;
– To have very good knowledge of the English language;
– Have very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages;
– Have very good communication and organizational skills;
– Be communicative, methodical and organized;
– Honesty and integrity;
– Very reliable, ethical and discreet;
– Good organizational and teamwork skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Representing the company before administrative institutions and following legal procedures, complaints and official correspondence with state authorities, for certain legal issues of the company’s activity;
– Preparation of necessary company documents to participate in the tendering procedures;
– Draws up various contracts and agreements that the company connects with its customers, suppliers and employees;
– Manages and follows procurement procedures for the company;
– Represents the company in various court cases;
– Drafts any other necessary act requested by the company;
– Archives and logs all legal documentation.
