Job position: Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcomes, communicates and registers visitors who are interested in entering the company’s premises Implements the entry/exit procedure in the company’s premises
• Communicates with the persons who appear at the reception and organizes their communication with the interested persons after receiving the relevant confirmation from the host
• Implements best practices in communication with staff and visitors
• Assists in the organization and maintenance of company premises
• She is ready to fulfill various tasks that can be given to her, according to the needs of the company.

Required skills:

• To have completed higher studies. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to communicate with all levels of executive staff and customers
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Have unquestionable ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience is an advantage
