Job description

As an integral part of the Soft & Solution staff, the infrastructure specialist will be integrated into the support services team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance tasks for the company’s infrastructure, such as backups and adjustments to various problems that may arise during the day.
• Creates the necessary checklists for checking the status of the infrastructure system and specific interventions.
• Prepares performance reports and infrastructure control.
• Implements the Disaster & Recovery plan.
• Protects the system against unauthorized access, modification or destruction.

Skills required

• Knowledge of IPV4, IPV6, TCP/IP and OSI, subnets and addressing.
• Effectively manage UNIX/Linux and Windows based operating systems.
• Knowledge of Cisco CCNA, routing and switching.
• Be able to assemble, configure and install hardware devices such as servers, monitoring systems, security systems
• Knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, DHCP.
• To manage and configure Firewall.
• It is preferable to have one of the Cicso certificates (CCNA, CCT, CCENT, CCNP), A+ (CompTIA), CISM, RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator).
