At Soft & Solution, we are looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our team and help us streamline business operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing and implementing process improvements, as well as experience working with process mapping tools. He or she will be responsible for conducting process audits, identifying process improvements, and developing and implementing process improvement plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Understand and document business processes, workflow and related systems;
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
• Serve as liaison between business units and IT;
• Work with domain experts to develop business requirements;
• Develop process maps, user stories, use cases and other documentation;
• Conduct process audits and analyzes to identify issues and recommend solutions;
• Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes;
• Monitor compliance with established processes;
• Provide support during process changes and transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar fields;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping tools;
• Ability to work independently and with a team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
