Soft & Solution is looking to expand its staff with a new, self-motivated, and collaborative Graphic-Designer. The ideal candidate must have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustration and typography design. This candidate must have experience working with many different design platforms such as digital and printed formats.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ability to create logos, designs, print and digital media
• Development of new software interfaces, design conception and suggestion of improvements for existing software
• Development/Proposal of graphic compositions that suit the client’s request
• Presentation of new ideas and concepts to the management board
• Realization of projects and graphic tasks assigned by the management board
• Daily cooperation and coordination with colleagues
• Meetings and reports with the staff on the progress and realization of the projects according to the predetermined deadlines
• Adherence to set deadlines and the ability to work under pressure

Required skills:

• To have finished the bachelor’s degree
• Have good knowledge of the English language
• Ability to prepare technical documents and reports
• Be original, with a high level of creativity and visuality
• Be attentive to details
• Be flexible, enthusiastic and confident
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience of at least 2 years as Graphic Designer and UX Graphic Designer
• Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, modeling and typographic skills
• Work portfolio
