Soft & Solution is looking to expand the staff with a helpdesk person with Finance profile, for one of the projects we develop.

Job position: Helpdesk

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Project by performing logistical and administrative tasks related to the Project
• Continuous communication and support with customers on different platforms
• Demonstrate commitment to customer needs and confidentiality
• Communication with the Legal Department regarding the implementation of the legal activities of the project.
• Collection and compilation of reports related to the activities of the Project
• Assisting the supervisor in all phases of the Project
• Willingness to fulfill the various tasks that can be given to him, according to the needs of the company.

Required skills:

• To have completed higher studies in one of the branches of the Faculty of Economics
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to communicate with all levels of executive staff and customers
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Have unquestionable ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous experiences are an advantage
