With a special focus on the next project, Soft & Solution seeks to expand the staff with an Office Coordinator, cooperative, willing to acquire new knowledge.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (call forwarding, correspondence distribution, appointment scheduling, etc.)
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

 

Minimum qualifications

• To have completed Bachelor’s higher education;
• Have very good knowledge of the English language;
• Have very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages;
• Be communicative, methodical and organized;
• Honesty and integrity;
• Very reliable, ethical and discreet;
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
